PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a work load of an automatic transmission tractor is provided to maintain an engine in an optimal condition by responding the work load by using a torque detecting part, a signal integrating part, and an automatic transmissions. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling a work load of an automatic transmission tractor comprises a work speed setting part having a speed setting lever for continuously adjusting a work speed of the tractor, and a potential meter for converting the variation of angle of the lever into electric signals; a load torque signal processing part having a torque detecting part, a detected signal filtering part, and a signal amplifying part; a signal adjusting part for amplifying output signals according to a deceleration region and an abrupt deceleration region predetermined by a worker; a signal integrating part; and a hydraulic control part for adapting integrated signals to a transmission ratio of automatic transmission part.
