PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal display device including a new system prevented from a change of color tone caused by a change of driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises a substrate 1, a substrate 2 placed oppositely to the substrate 1, a liquid crystal layer 12 placed in between the substrates 1 and 2 and pixels 41 that compose a display part. Each of pixels 41 consists of a first pixel electrode 4, a second pixel electrode 5 and a common electrode 3 corresponding to the first and second pixel electrodes.
