The holder extends downwards, forming a tube with an axial orifice (3000). The container is closed by a lid (5) with a tubular seating (50), into which the brush holder tube fits. The brush mounting can rotated so that its axial orifice aligns with a second orifice (5000) in the lid, allowing powder to be dispensed through the brush.
