PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of receiving a long term reservation and resolving inconveniences accompanying frequent occurrence of reservation cancellations or forgotten reservations. SOLUTION: A temporary reservation receiving part 2 receives a temporary reservation from a mobile telephone terminal, changes a status to a temporary reservation, and registers a user ID. A temporary reservation confirmation requesting part 3 sends a temporary reservation confirmation request mail to the mobile telephone terminal at a predetermined time and changes the status to requesting confirmation. A temporary reservation confirmation receiving part 4 inputs a temporary reservation confirmation result from the mobile telephone terminal, and changes the status from requesting confirmation to reservation ascertained or no reservation.
