SOLUTION: An acquiring part 32 acquires sales information described with article-specifying information and a contact address of a user after an article having a time limit in use by the user is sold, a timing inspection part 34 detects the sales information of the article of which the using frequency is lowered or of which the timing is estimated to reach to the timing of stoppage of the use, based on time limitation of the article specified by article-specifying information of the sales information obtained in the acquiring part 32, and a decision confirming part 38 confirms a will for dealing as to the article specified by the article-specifying information, to the contact address described in the detected sales information. |
