PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of a release spring dissociating a movable contact by reducing a spring force of a release spring acting on the movable contact along with the dissociation of the movable contact. SOLUTION: One end of a link 16 is connected to a movable contact holder 6 vertically moving with the movable contact 4 retained thereto, a spring force of a contact spring 5 is operated in the direction orthogonal with the moving direction of the movable contact holder 6, and a vertical component of the spring force is acted to the movable contact 4 as a restoration force. The movable contact 4 is thus dissociated from fixed contacts 2 and 3 and when the inclination angle of the link 16 reduces, the vertical component of the spring force of the contact spring 5 reduces and the load of the release spring for a switch mechanism 11 driving the movable contact 4 by the opening/closing lever 13.
