PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify diagnosis and workability on a personal computer by enabling diagnosis through reading out of communication log for check when transmission trouble occurs and taking an IC card out of a disaster prevention receiver, transmission IF, etc., and setting (insertion) of the IC card in the personal computer such as a notebook computer. SOLUTION: In a disaster prevention system that a disaster prevention receiver to which a terminal for fire is connected is connected to a communication network through an interface for transmission and information is sent/received according to a predetermined transmitting method to and from other devices connected to the communication network via the IF for transmission, a storing means for storing a communication long is provided on at least either of the disaster prevention receiver and the IF for transmission, and a electrically rewritable non-volatile memory (IC card) such as removable memory pack including EEP-ROM and Compact flash (R) is used as this storing means.
