PURPOSE: A method for inserting accessaries such as jade or a magnet into a mat and then quilting by cutting a fabric surface to insert accessaries without direct attachment of the accessaries to the fabric surface of the mat and then quilting after insertion of an accessaries insertion portion is provided which prevents damage of a quilting needle during quilting as well as separation of the accessaries after completion of a product. CONSTITUTION: An accessaries insertion portion is made on a fabric(10) in a longitudinal direction by a cutting needle which is repeatedly lifted at a specified speed. A mesh fabric(12) is placed on the fabric. The accessaries placing portion(13) is quilted in a round shape with a quilting needle. Thereafter, accessaries(15) are inserted into a jade mat through the accessaries insertion portion and fixed to the accessaries insertion portion, and an outer fabric(14) is placed beneath the fabric and then fixed.
