PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a telephone service for overseas travelers are provided to use a boarding card as a calling card in overseas travel using travel information and telephone service information. CONSTITUTION: A passenger transportation providing unit(101) provides information associated with the movement of a client(103) to a telephone communication providing unit(102). The telephone communication providing unit(102) generates telephone service information on the basis of client movement information and provides generated telephone service information to the passenger transportation providing unit(101).
