PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer apparatus information collecting device, a maintenance and management device, an apparatus located at a customer, a call receiving device, a customer apparatus information collecting method, and a maintenance and management method accurately acquiring used amount information of the apparatus located at the customer and smoothly carrying out maintenance and management to the customer by using condition information of the user apparatus. SOLUTION: The customer apparatus information collecting device collecting the used amount information of the apparatus located at the customer has a collecting part 41 collecting the used amount information of the apparatus. The collecting part 41 has an after work data acquisition processing part 42 collecting information after work of the customer on a predetermine date and a before work data acquisition processing part 44 collecting information after processing by the after work data acquisition processing part and before work of the customer. The before work data acquisition processing part 44 automatically collects the used amount information of the apparatus failed to be collected by the after work data acquisition processing part.
