PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement control device for automatically selecting an interface circuit suitable to a subject to be measurement-controlled without fault. SOLUTION: A measurement control processor 2 outputs interface set data for setting one interface circuit 3 suitable to the subject to be measurement- controlled 4 prior to the output of measurement control data to the subject, and an interface setting means 10 activates only this interface circuit on the basis of this. This device comprises a loop back means 20 for returning the interface set data to the measurement control processor to confirm that the outputted interface set data is matches to the returned interface set data. This device further comprises an identification code setting means 30 for setting the natural identification code to an interface board for mounting the interface circuit 3 to confirm whether the interface board is rightly selected or not.
