<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planning simulation system capable of realizing the optimal plan in the case of making a planning plan necessary for executing each work process in a production line based on a production plan. SOLUTION: This planning simulation system for generating and distributing information for making a planning plan to terminals connected to an information communication network is provided with a storage means for storing first index data constituted of information related with a production plan and second index data constituted of information related with the capability of a production line, a simulation means for deciding an optimal order for optimally arranging operators to be assigned in the order of the work processes in the case of arranging the operators in the line, a fighting power analyzing means for analyzing the capability of the line based on at least the second index data, and a load calculating means for calculating the load plans of all actual operation dates in the line to be supplied from the production plan data of the line and the second index data.</p> |
