PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a non-reciprocal circuit element where clear marking is performed on the surface and which is small and highly reliable. SOLUTION: Component parts of the non-reciprocal circuit element are assembled, and a solder connection part is subsequently coated with solder paste. Next, the magnetic force of a permanent force is adjusted and marking is performed on the surface of a metal case by laser beams. Then, solder connection, the thermal aging of the permanent magnet and the elimination of marking stain are simultaneously performed, characteristics are checked, a process of shipping checking is subsequently performed, and the non-reciprocal circuit element is manufactured. |
