PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a record reproduction unit in which a trouble has occurred when the trouble has occurred in the unit and prevent occurring of troubles in other record reproduction units due to interrupting of a control signal when the unit is separated. SOLUTION: In a record reproduction apparatus in which a control part and more than one record reproduction part are daisy-chained via a control signal transmission line, a switching means to switch input-outputs of control commands transmitted/received via the line, a signal generating circuit to output a pulse with a fixed period, a one-shot multi-vibrator to operate for a fixed time when a pulse signal is inputted and a control means are equipped, the control means control the switching means to directly output the commands to the line not via a micro-computer if a period of the pulse signal generated from the circuit is longer than a time constant of the multi-vibrator.
