PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in sound-absorbing characteristics by suppressing the dimensional change of a substrate of an acoustic material using a high-molecular foam as the substrate and having a film layer. SOLUTION: The film layer 2 which is molded integrally with the substrate 1 and is joined to the substrate has an adhesiveness to adhere to a companion member 6 at ordinary temperature or above and adheres to the companion member 6. When the acoustic material is used for a long period of time in the state of the high temperature, the substrate 1 tends to be deformed but the deformation is suppressed by the film layer 2 which is joined to the substrate 1 and is bonded the companion member 6. As a result, the formation of a clearance is prevented.
