FLUORESCENT DISPLAY TUBE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a fluorescent display tube and its manufacturing method whereby the risk of short-circuiting of segments with each other is eliminated originating from flowing-out of phosphor. CONSTITUTION: Between anodes 32 independent of one another, a rib-shaped wall 30 is continued even in a position between isolatedly arranged grid electrodes 24, which does not allow any existence of a route to connect electrically the adjoining anodes 32 with a phosphor layer 12 attached fast to their surfaces, and they are insulated certainly by the rib-shaped wall 30. This suppresses favorably a likely short-circuiting of the segments to each other originating from flowing-out of the phosphor.
