PURPOSE: A brazing binder of aluminium product which simplifies manufacturing process, eases manufacturing method, improves product performance, the external quality of a brazing product and extends a brazing furnace, and a coating method of the brazing binder of aluminium product are provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for coating a brazing binder on an aluminum product is characterized in that compressed air generated in a compressor(1) is supplied to a mixer(3) through an air tank(2) and a heating pipe(4) preheated to a temperature of 70 to 80 deg.C, the binder and compressed air are supplied to a compression and expansion nozzle(5) formed in a venturi shape, gas flow in the compression and expansion nozzle(5) has a cross-sectional area of flowing neck A' when sound speed exists at the neck portion(6), a critical Mach number M' is 1 at the flowing neck, wherein the speed of the gas flow is the same as the speed of sound, a flowing speed of air in the nozzle(5) is related with cross-sectional area, the Mach number M is calculated as A/A' that is a cross-sectional area of the flowing neck, the Mach number is less than 1 in the region that A/A' is decreased, air, a binder and a coating agent of flux are transferred in a speed of Mach 1 when A/A' is 1, that is, the cross-sectional area is the same as a critical area while the air and the coating agent are transferred and coated in a speed greater than Mach 1 when the A/A' value is increased, and the Mach number is related with initial temperature, pressure and density.
