PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery and its manufacturing method that can prevent dop of charging-discharging capacity caused by overvoltge in charging-discharging with a large current. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte battery has an electrolyte body in which a positive electrode 5 that can store and release lithium ions, and a negative electrode 6 that can store and release lithium ions, are arranged through a separator. A gel polymer that holds a nonaqueous electrolyte exists even in the interior of both positive and negative electrodes 5, 6 and the separator. The nonaqueous electrolyte contains lithium salt, and lithium salt concentration in the gel polymer in the positive electrode 5 and/or negative electrode 6 is higher than lithium salt concentration in the gel polymer in the separator. |
