PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect the dielectric line of an NRD guide and metal waveguides while making the connection loss of a high frequency signal low and also to miniaturize the NRD guide and a millimeter wave transmitter-receiver, etc., including the NRD guide. SOLUTION: The dielectric line 3 for transmitting the high frequency signal is provided between parallel planar conductors 1 and 2 arranged in an interval being equal to or less than 1/2 wavelength of the high frequency signal, one end of a first metal waveguide 4A with both ends opened is connected to one of the respective openings 5A and 5B of the NRD guide where the openings 5A and 5B are respectively formed at parts facing the respective parallel planar conductors 1 and 2 in accordance with positions where the electric field of a standing wave of an LSM mode caused to propagate in the dielectric line 3 becomes the largest, and one opened end of a second metal waveguide 4B with one opened end and the other end closed is also connected to the other end. |
