PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element for contriving the miniaturization of an oscillation wave motor and using a through hole. SOLUTION: In the laminated piezoelectric element connected by using the through hole in each plurality of electric areas of a plurality of layers, the through hole is formed in the extreme neighborhood of the outside diameter or the inside diameter of the element, the insulation part of the circumference of the through hole is made a small area to the minimum so as to be a substantially semi-circular shape, and an inside electrode is enlarged to the edge of the outside diameter or the inside diameter. |
