摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the conventional transporting system, a several multiple number of transport vehicles are used on transport ways for a transport quantity estimated in the design stage, and transport instructions are assigned in such condition to the vehicles including unwanted auxiliary transport vehicles upon the issue of the transport instructions, resulting in the increase of the number of transport vehicles beyond necessity, this causing the vehicles to mutually impede their operation, etc., to delay the transport term. SOLUTION: The same number of transport vehicles in the nearest data to the number of loads 105 as the number of transport vehicles (transport vehicles 107 and auxiliary transport vehicles 108) existing on a main transport way 102 of a transporting system 100 is taken as a transport quantity estimate. An optimum transport vehicle number determiner 110 determines an optimum required number of transport vehicles to adjust the number of transport vehicles (transport vehicles 107 and reserve transport vehicles 108) existing on the main transport way, using the transport quantity estimate. This reduces the mutual interference frequency between the transport vehicles and shortens the transport period, compared with the conventional one.</p>
