PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly proceed adjustment between a service provider and a user, and to serve a purpose of forming an agreement between both of them, concerning a server supporting adjustment in a planning process of a care plan in regards to a care insurance system. SOLUTION: A service quotation screen processing portion 11 sends a service quotation to a potable telephone terminal of a user, and a weekly schedule screen processing portion 13 receives a service weekly schedule from the portable telephone terminal. A care plan creation processing portion 14 creates a care plan. Then, a care plan screen processing portion 31 accepts amendment of the care plan from the portable telephone terminal, and a care plan approval/ disapproval input screen processing portion 32 accepts the approval/disapproval of the service provider, and a care plan approval/disapproval result screen processing portion 34 transmits the approval/disapproval of the service provider.
