PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator which keeps the oscillation accuracy of an oscillate frequency and stabilizes the accuracy. SOLUTION: The oscillator of this invention is configured such that a current controlled oscillator 1, a frequency divider 2, a period comparator circuit 4, an integrator 5, and a voltage-current conversion circuit 6 are connected in series, an output current of the voltage-current conversion circuit 6 at the final stage is fed back to the input of the first stage current controlled oscillator 1 and an output of the current controlled oscillator 1 is extracted as an oscillation output. Furthermore, the oscillator of this invention is provided with a constant current source circuit 3 that supplies a constant current I to the period comparator circuit 4, and provides a reference voltage to the integrator 5 so as to stabilize the oscillation output. |
