PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down with adverse influence of skin effect by increasing surface area without changing weight or size of conducting wire. SOLUTION: A convex part 1a and a concave part 1b are formed on the surface of a conductor 1, so as to increase area where electric current flows by skin effect.
