PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtightness test device for a polymer porcelain tube which a jig can be easily attached to or detached from and of which productivity can be improved. SOLUTION: Airtightness of a flange fitting 3 of the polymer porcelain tube 1 and that of a joint part 5 between the flange fitting 3 and an FRP cylinder 2 is tested by forming an airtight room 6 to which the flange fitting 3 and the joint part 5 between the flange fitting 3 and the FRP cylinder 2 through mounting of a jig 7 on the polymer porcelain tube 1, sealing an insulation medium in the airtight room 6, and inspecting leakage of the insulation medium from the airtight room. With the airtightness test device for the polymer porcelain tube for this purpose, the jig 7 is composed of two members (8, 9) fixed by being fastened with a bolt to achieve seal between the inner periphery face 2a of the FRP cylinder 2 and the jig 7, and on the other hand, by being unfastened by the bolt, the two members are to be easily taken out of the inside of the FRP cylinder.
