PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit provided with a structure capable of eliminating vibrations and noise involved in the rotations of a disk motor and a turntable without lowering a playing speed. SOLUTION: A motor base 21 has an extending part 21-1 extending from a base 25 and fixed to the base with screws 32 at a plurality of positions other than the extending part, and as a result, the extending part is a part that is freely and easily vibrated. Therefore, the extending part of the motor base which is freely and easily vibrated in accordance with the rotations of the disk motor and the turntable is provided with a vibration absorber 40.
