PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist flat cable that is flexible and has no drop of impedance in the laminating process. SOLUTION: In the twist flat cable, a plurality of through holes 6 are formed in the plastic tape 5 that is laminated on the insulating core wire 2, thereby, the biting into each pair of stranded part 4 of the plastic tape 5 is improved in the laminating process of the plastic tape 5, and the crushing of the pair of stranded part 4 is reduced. And the tape material at the portion where the through holes 6 of the plastic tape 5 are formed changes into air, thereby, the dielectric constant between the conductors of the insulating core wires 2 drops and the lowering of impedance can be prevented.
