PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide independently operable acoustic portable electronic equipment which is connected to another device such as a portable telephone set and a personal computer to be able to perform mutual cooperative operation in cooperation with the other device. SOLUTION: This portable electronic equipment 10 which can perform both independent operation as a single body of the equipment 10 and cooperative operation together with the other devices (20 and 30), is provided with a connection cooperating means including a transmitting and receiving means to/from the other devices (20 and 30), a memory means for storing information or the like including other data, an other device controlling means for controlling the other devices (20 and 30), a sound outputting means for generating or reproducing voice and sound, a displaying means 12 for visually displaying information or the like, and a power supply 13 for driving that is mounted on the equipment.
