PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and methods, which speedily and steadily induce an electronic mail recipient to take an action on the electronic mail wanted by a sender to be practiced. SOLUTION: A parser module 121 extracts scripts being attached to an electronic mail as an attached file in response to an open instruction for the electronic mail and executes a syntax analysis for the scripts extracted. An executing module 122 executes a process for data belonging to the scripts or the processes corresponding to a plurality of input even types. An output module 123 controls an output for execution results.
