PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct the frequency characteristics of an image signal deteriorated due to a coaxial cable 300, by accurately estimating a cable length L of the coaxial cable 300, even when the power consumption of a camera device 100 is changed. SOLUTION: A power supply voltage Vd for a camera is supplied from a controller 200 through a cable 300 to a camera device 100. Thus, the camera device 100 is operated, and an image signal outputted from the camera device 100 is transmitted through a coaxial cable 300 to the controller 200. Also, the camera device 100 is provided with a power supply voltage detecting circuit 114 for detecting a power supply voltage Vc for a camera, to be actually supplied through the coaxial cable 300, and a load current detecting circuit 116 for detecting load currents Ic running through the camera device 100. Then, a correcting circuit 112 corrects the frequency characteristics of the image signal, based on the detected result.
