PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster circuit that can boost a level of a signal through the use of a single power supply. SOLUTION: A voltage drop between the source and drain of a MOS transistor(TR) Tr13 suppresses a leakage current of a MOS Tr11 of an inverter circuit INV11 when an IN signal is at a high level. When the IN signal is at a low level, a MOS Tr16 forcibly boosts an input level of an inverter circuit INV12 to a level VDD2.
