PURPOSE: A device for sprinkling water like a waterfall for a washing machine is provided to improve the washing efficiency by sprinkling the washing water like a waterfall with a strong stream downwardly by the rotation force of a washing motor. CONSTITUTION: A device for sprinkling water like a waterfall for a washing machine includes a washing tub(20) mounted in an outer case(10), a pulsator rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the washing tub, a washing motor(22) for supplying rotation force to the pulsator, a pumping element to be driven by the rotation force of the washing motor for pumping up the water in the washing tub partially, a power transmission unit for supplying the power of the washing motor to the pumping element, and a water sprinkler(43) for sprinkling the water pumped up by the pumping element downwardly in the washing tub. |
