PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory card capable of storing digital data such as music files, picture files or text data files by casing a flash memory semiconductor in a card shape, especially the one adopting a function allowing preventing mis-erasing. SOLUTION: One or more electrically connectable conductors are made to be a base plate, a hole for preventing mis-erasing is formed on a lower case allowing a user to select and cut the conductor, and the user can selectively set a connecting state through the hole for preventing mis-erasing. Thereby, a memory card drive (reader-writer) to detect electric signal voltage according to the connecting state of the conductor or a control device within the card itself is enabled to set prevention for mis-erasing of the memory IC, and the function to prevent mis-erasing is provided with a simple structure and secure operation while with a low part cost. |
