The marketing management apparatus 20 is equipped with a first data base section 23 which memorizes parts information, and a first control section 22 which transmits parts information to the seller computers 31, 32 and 33, or receives the process information into which the seller computers 31, 32 and section 33 have processed parts information, and memorizes in the first data base section 23 according to a dealer. Since the manufacturing company MC which manages the sales of parts can manage the actual sales conditions of a sales company using this market management apparatus 20, the service level of a seller can be grasped to customers easily, as a result, leveling of that level can be attained.
