PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card system allowing automated examination during entry and leaving, the unitary management of the tendency of an audience and the integrated settlement of accounts. SOLUTION: The card operation system using cards for managing the entry/ leaving of an audience in complex facilities including a plurality of small theaters comprises reserved seat allotment and settlement means for allotting reserved seats to registered members on the cards out of seats in the whole complex facilities without being limited by the number of people filled in small theaters and settling the accounts of the registered members on the card for reserved seat payments before appreciation, entry/leaving management means for identifying the settlement of the accounts of the registered members before entry to the reserved seats and recording information for the contents of appreciation of the audience in coordination with the registered members on the card after appreciation, and appreciation record development means for extracting information for the tastes of the registered members from information recorded in the entry/leaving management means and development user service for the registered members. |
