PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which prevents leakage of oil for bearing, prevents its rotor shaft from coming off the stator side, withstands a large impact from outside and a disk drive device. SOLUTION: A rotor 14 has a turn table 30 mounting a disk D, a shaft 20 fixed to the turn table 30 and a shaft coming-off preventing member 100 fixed to the shaft 20 halfway. A stator 16 has a bearing 70 rotatably supporting the shaft 20 of the rotor 14, a bearing holder 60 fixing the bearing 70 inside having an opening 112 on one end 110 and closing another end 114, and a rotor stopper 120 having a hole to pass the shaft 20, closing the opening 112 of the bearing holder 60 by being fixed to the end 110 of the bearing holder 60, and preventing the shaft 20 from coming off the bearing holder 60 by hitting the coming-off preventing member 100.
