<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data base for manufacture result capable of efficiently storing a large amount of manufacture result data generated from a factory. SOLUTION: This data base device 1 for manufacture result is provided with a data base 2 for storing a manufacture condition, statistical information including the mean value of characteristic data x indicating the attributes of products manufactured according to the manufacture condition, and a parameter for changing the statistical information, a data collecting part 41 for collecting the characteristic data x of the products manufactured according to the manufacture condition, and a data updating part 44 for successively updating the statistical information and parameter stored in the data base 2 based on the characteristic data x of the products collected by the data collecting means 41 and the statistical information and parameter stored in the data base 2.</p> |
