PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination type high frequency amplifier that does not have reflected waves from unit amplifiers. SOLUTION: This amplifier is provided with an input distribution circuit 1 for distributing an inputted high frequency signal into three paths, an output combination circuit 2 for combining high frequency signals respectively transmitted from each of the three paths, phase difference circuits 11c, 12c and 13c subjected to insertion connection to the input sides of the unit amplifiers 3, 4 and 5 of the respective paths, and phase difference circuits 21c, 22c and 23c subjected to insertion connection to the output sides of the respective unit amplifiers. The phase difference circuits 11c, 12c and 13c are adjusted so as to offset the phases of high frequency signals reflected from the unit amplifiers 3, 4 and 5, and the phase difference circuits 21c, 22c and 23c are adjusted so as to offset the phases of the high frequency signals adjusted by the phase difference circuits 21c, 22c and 23c.
