PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility costs and to set various kinds of data for exchange network while utilizing a server for exchange network control on another network from terminal equipment when connecting an exchange network with the other network and providing a service, which is provided through the relevant other network, to the terminal equipment accommodated on the exchange network. SOLUTION: An Internet trunk 202 of an exchange processing system 200 performs interface operation for connecting the Internet 300 independent of the exchange network with a plurality of terminal equipment 101, 102, 103, 105A and 105B. Service providing devices 401-405 provide various kinds of services such as providing information through the Internet trunk 202 to each of terminal equipment or performing various kinds of setting to an exchange processor 204.
