PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a non-reciprocal circuit element thin and inexpensive and also to obtain an expected resonance frequency in the non-reciprocal circuit element configured by arranging a permanent magnet 3, a magnetic assembly 45 formed by arranging three center electrodes while crossed to one another on the surface of a magnetic body 4, and three capacitors 6 for matching within a shielded space formed between an upper shield plate 2 and a lower shield plate 8. SOLUTION: In this non-reciprocal circuit element 1, a plurality of spacer parts 41 are formed on the surface of the magnetic body 4, and a gap part A is formed between the permanent magnet 3 and the magnetic body 4 by the spacer parts 41. Also, the input-output ports of the center electrodes and the poles of the capacitors for matching are held between capacitor supporting parts 81 formed in the lower shield plate and the permanent magnet 3.
