PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily assembled low-cost key switch device, a keyboard and an electronic equipment with which a locking member to lock movably an axis formed at the bottom end of each of a pair of links can be fixed to a switching sheet through one-touch operation. SOLUTION: A through-hole 34 is formed on a membrane switch sheet MS. A locking member 6 is equipped with a sliding lock section 8 where a sliding axis 20 of a second link 15 is slidably locked, a rotation lock section 7 where a rotation axis 18 of a first link 14 is rotatably locked and with a fixing piece 33. It is so structured that the locking member 6 is fixed to the membrane switch sheet MS by inserting the fixing piece 33 of the locking member 6 into the through-hole 34 of the membrane switch sheet MS.
