PURPOSE: Provided are aqueous pens with liquid ink stored which store ink at an adjuster and keep air balance to send ink by certain degree for writing incessantly so that they inhibit pumping situation in combining the cap with keeping airtightness. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous pens with liquid ink stored are characterized by comprising the parts of: the adjuster(2) which is entirely formed to supply ink stored at an ink storage part by certain degree in accordance with air balance; a nip(12) which is combined with a central axis of the adjuster to cover a cap(4); and a rib(6) which is placed in the adjuster and kept to be narrow between intervals as moving toward the ink storage part for keeping balance and storing ink simultaneously by the minute difference between the ribs.
