PURPOSE: A remote car monitoring and call system is provided to offer a means for stably protect a car to a car owner and quickly call to the car owner by sensing an external impact using minimum one or more impact sensors and transmitting the sensed external impact to a child station in a mother station system by wireless, transmitting an alarm generation signal and a selected signal to the mother station system in the child station system, and generating an alarm and a guiding mention in the mother station system. CONSTITUTION: A mother station is formed at a part of a body of a car by combination with one or more impact sensors(25,25'). If a signal is sensed by the impact sensors(25,25'), the mother station system radiates a radio wave. A child station system carried by a car owner confirms the signal of the mother station system, generates a buzzer sound, and warns an abnormal state of the car to the car owner. The car owner confirms the abnormal state of the car, and operates a switch of the child station system for radiating a radio wave in the child station system. The mother station system generates an alarm sound through a horn(22) or broadcasts a guiding mention through a speaker(23).
