PURPOSE: A turbine flow meter is provided, in which changes of current velocity are minimized, to thereby prevent damage of flow meter caused due to cavitation and improve accuracy of measurement. CONSTITUTION: A turbine flow meter comprises an arithmetic operation unit for operating signals obtained from the measurement for the flow rate of fluid flowing through a pipe; a display unit(470) for displaying the flow rate obtained from the operation; a flow meter body(400) having connection portions(401) formed at both ends of the flow meter body, wherein the flow meter body has an inner diameter same as the inner diameter of the pipe; a movable member(410) having a plurality of blades(411) arranged at a predetermined tilt angle along the outer periphery of the rotor, wherein the rotor is disposed within the flow meter body; front and rear fixed members(421,431) disposed within the flow meter body, in front and rear of the movable member, and which support the movable member through a rotation shaft(440); supporters(422,432) arranged in a radial direction at the outer surfaces of front and rear fixed members, and fixed at the inner surface of the flow member body; a plurality of magnetic induction members(450) arranged at each end of blades of the movable member; and a pickup sensor(460) installed to the flow member body corresponding to blades, and which outputs signals obtained by sensing the magnetic induction member to the arithmetic operation unit.
