PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a facility management device for which an equipment setting-up software is reintroduced again is required to be prepared and connected to be reset up, when improvement or replacement of a production equipment is generated, although information exchange with the production equipment therebetween is allowed when an exclusive setting-up software is mounted, and that a facility management device in a side using a permanent monitor is also required to prepare an internal software in accompaniment thereto, to require labors doubly thereby.
