PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element and its manufacturing method of high productivity at a low cost with a simple film forming facility and facilitating patterning and area enlargement. SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion element has an optical semiconductor electrode provided with a conductor layer; a counter electrode; and an electrolyte layer clamped between the optical semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode. The counter electrode has a conductive film formed by dispersing a conductive material in a binder. The manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion element is also provided.
