PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system and a compensation receiving system that can facilitate investigation of a program rate in a mobile body and acquisition of an information provider, investigation of a reception state in interlocking with position information and cost reduction. SOLUTION: A data broadcast receiver A is installed to a rental car (area 1), a data repeater B is installed in a rental car business office (area 2), and a data collection device C is installed in a data collection center (area 3). The receiver A collects and stores position data, reception state data, viewer attribute data, and road status data or the like together with program rate data of data broadcasting, and outputs stored data on request. The data repeater B inputs and stores data obtained by making a request of data output to each rental car receiver A and transmits the result to the data collection center periodically or on request. The data collection device C receives data sent from each of the data repeaters B, collects and analyzes the data according to a prescribed procedure. |
