PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an informing system for information such as advertising conditions, which can inform detailed information of banner advertisement such as reservation charge of banner advertisement, a reservation state and the number of accesses with ease. SOLUTION: The informing system 1 for information such as advertising conditions comprises an information pages 6 which is linked to an advertising statement page 3 and in which advertising conditions such as advertising charge of an advertising statement section 2, the number of accesses to the advertising page 3, and the state of reservation for advertisement are carried, an advertising information page access means 7 which is provided in the advertising page 3 and linked to the information pages 6 to access to the page 6, and an advertising statement application reservation section 8, which is carried in the information page 6 and for which advertising can be reserved with ease according to the reservation conditions shown in the page 6.
