<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively inexpensively provide a novel damage compensation method for covering compensation for breakage and theft of a vehicle stored in a parking garage. SOLUTION: An insurer makes an insurance contract with a policyholder (S1). The insurer is assumed to be a group such as an insurance company or a mutual benefit society. The policyholder is assumed to be, for example, a leaseholder of a parking space or an owner of the parking space. An object of insurance is assumed to be a vehicle, and an insurance accident is assumed to a breakage or theft of the vehicle caused in the parking space. Then, the policyholder pays a premium to the insurer (S2). When the insured receives damage by a contracted prescribed insurance accident, the policyholder demands the compensation for the damage to the insurer (S3). By receiving this demand, the insurer determines a compensation amount by a prescribed calculation method, and pays this amount to an insurance money receiver as insurance money.</p> |
