PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce a burden of control and management for an intermediate disposal enterprise positioned in an intermediate position of a flow of waste disposal ranging over from a discharge enterprise to a final disposal enterprise. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a business support processing engine 21 and a business support information storing device 22 for supporting business about the control and the management for a waste taken in the intermediate disposal enterprise 12. The business support information storing device 22 includes at least a manifest slip collating database 33, and the database 33 has a table with an attached string attached restrictedly with each of plural received manifest slips received from the flow of primary waste disposal, and with an issued maninfest slip issued toward the flow of secondary waste disposal.
